A Garden I ยท Grow

Grow with your plants after purchase.

Keep purchases, cultivar knowledge, growing guidance, progress, shipping, and customer support connected to the plants you actually bought.

Overview

Your plants after checkout.

Grow starts with confirmed Agardeni purchases. Each purchased cultivar can stay connected to its permanent Plant.id, cultivar information, growing guidance, progress, shipping, and support history.

Purchase history

Confirmed orders organized by year and quarter.

Plant identity

Purchased lines connect back to Plant.id and the public cultivar.

Growing support

Cultivar guidance, AI care, community help, and customer support can build from the same plant.

Optional subscriptions

Keep growing with Agardeni.

Start, Plan, and Grow remain open. These are optional additions for customers who want plants delivered or more digital tools.

These become live links once the customer order-history response includes the purchased Plant.id and public cultivar URL.

๐ŸŒฑ My Plants

What you are growing.

Cultivars, purchased quantities, starter sizes, purchase dates, and future growing progress belong here. This view will be generated from confirmed purchase lines rather than from a separate manual plant list.

Your purchased cultivars will populate here after the order-to-account history endpoint is connected.

๐Ÿ’ง Care & Tasks

Guidance for what you are growing.

Review repotting, planting, watering, feeding, and cultivar-specific growing guidance based on the plants in your purchase history.

Connect with Plant.id

AI care connection next

Ask Agardeni Intelligence

Plant-aware AI care help using cultivar data, purchase context, and later customer progress photos.

Community foundation

Plant Care Community

A home for care questions, photos, cultivar discussion, and links to useful plant-care communities.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Progress

Follow and celebrate the journey.

Progress is the positive personal side of Grow: healthy plant photos, milestones, notes, garden changes, and optional YouTube progress videos.

Google Drive direction

Share Good Plant Progress

Personal progress photos will use the customer-owned Google Drive direction established for A Garden I, with Plant.id connection added when Grow media is activated.

YouTube ID storage next

Add a YouTube Progress Video

Customers will be able to save a YouTube video ID or URL to the plant journey without Agardeni storing the video file.

Progress photos are for personal encouragement and plant history. Problem documentation belongs in Customer Support so the two image libraries stay clearly separated.

๐Ÿ›Ÿ Customer Support

Shipping, plant problems, and help when something is wrong.

Customer-support records should connect the customer, order, order line, Plant.id, shipment, problem photos, and eventual resolution.

Tracking API next

Shipment Tracking

Start with carrier links. Later, UPS and USPS tracking APIs can show shipment events directly inside Grow.

Support upload next

Report a Plant Problem

A separate problem-photo workflow for shipping damage, unhealthy arrival, wrong plant, missing quantity, or another order issue.

Care routing foundation

Care Question

Care questions can route first to cultivar guidance, Agardeni Intelligence, or community help before becoming a customer-support case.

The direct carrier links work now. Real-time in-page tracking, support case storage, customer image uploads, and dashboard case management require the next backend layer.
